Ingredients (2 portions)

Basic:

Apples 1 pc
Cinnamon to taste
Nutmeg to taste
Water 1.5 cup
Bananas 1 pc
Cranberry 0.4 cup
Nettle g
Cherry 0.5 cup

We will make this smoothie based on nettle tea. Pour 1 tablespoon of dry nettle leaves or 2 ready-made bags with 1 glass of hot water, close the lid and let cool. Now you can strain and pour into a blender.

Add berries to the blender — 1/2 cup pitted cherries and 1/4 cup cranberries. Banana is a very popular smoothie ingredient — it adds sweetness and thickness. Apple — right with the seeds

Pour a tablespoon of chia seeds into 1/2 glass of water for several hours (you can overnight. We get a jelly-like substance. Add it to a blender. Chia seeds or Spanish sage have a mild, nutty taste. And they contain a lot of essential omega 3 fatty acids, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. For example, a tablespoon of chia seeds has as much calcium as a glass of milk.

For piquancy and enhanced healing properties, add a little cinnamon and nutmeg. Grind for 60 seconds until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Pour into a glass with a straw!
