Basic:

Salt 1 tsp
Ground black pepper to taste
Cauliflower 2 kg
Breadcrumbs 1.5 cup
Maggi seasoning (not necessarily Maggi. I take it for the grill. Gives a wonderful aroma and interesting taste.) 1 tsp
Sunflower oil 4 tbsp

We wash our cabbage. And we divide it into bushes. Not very small.

Place in boiling water for 5 minutes.

In a plate, mix eggs, salt, pepper and seasoning.

Pour breadcrumbs into a second plate.

In a heated frying pan with oil, we begin to lay out our bushes, first dipping them in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs. Roll well and thickly so that our cabbage is “sealed”.
