How to make julienne with chicken and mushrooms in a frying pan? First, prepare the necessary ingredients. Instead of chicken fillet, you can use meat from boneless thighs.

Wash the mushrooms, dry them with a paper or other towel and cut them into slices.

Wash and dry the chicken fillet. This is necessary in order to remove excess moisture, with which the meat will not be fried, but stewed. Cut the fillet into medium pieces.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

In a frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon each of butter and vegetable oil.
