Ingredients (2 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Sugar 20 g
Wheat flour 250 g
Water 150 ml
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp
Dry yeast 5.5 g

preparing the composition

pour everything dry into the food processor

mixed at speed 1

briefly mixed everything at speed 1

mix the dough on speed 2 for 1-2 minutes.

The finished dough can be used immediately, or you can let it rest, for me it comes while I’m preparing the filling. I have enough for either one very large or two medium ones.
