I make this fruit drink when there are no more fresh berries, but vitamins are very necessary, usually in winter, and especially in spring! Ingredients (5 portions)

Basic:

Water (boiling water) 1 l
Honey 4 tbsp
Strawberry (frozen) 300 g
Red Ribes (frozen, you can also take black or white, or a mixture of berries) 200 g

Required ingredients. Take any berries for this drink — I took the ones that were in my freezer

Wash the berries (when I freeze the berries, I don’t wash them; if you are sure that the berries are clean, you can skip this step)

We sort the berries and remove all unnecessary (twigs, leaves, etc., if any)

Pour 1 liter of boiling water over the berries and mix well

Wrap in a towel and leave to infuse for 1.5-2 hours, but it can be longer
