How to fry juicy turkey chops in a frying pan? To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can use a whole large fillet, which you need to cut into slices yourself, or buy already portioned fillets, like mine. Take large, selected eggs. If the eggs are small, take 3 pieces.

Rinse the turkey fillet and pat dry with paper towels. Then cut into slices no more than 1 cm thick. Beat each slice with a hammer, trying to maintain the integrity of the meat. Salt and pepper the meat on both sides. You can also sprinkle with your favorite spices to taste.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. It is better not to use a large grater, as the cheese will roll off the chops, and we need it to stick well to the pieces of meat on all sides.

In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs with a fork. Add grated cheese and stir.

Sift the flour into a plate through a sieve. This will saturate the flour with oxygen.

To help the grated cheese stick to the chops better, I advise you to first lightly dredge the turkey in flour on all sides. From personal observations, cheese sticks better to rough, dry surfaces than to wetter meat.

Then dip all sides into the beaten eggs, being careful to keep the cheese bits on the chops.

And then roll it in flour again more thoroughly, securing the result.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat. Place the prepared chops and fry on both sides for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown. The exact frying time depends on how hot the pan is and the thickness of your chops.

These chops will be accompanied by a side dish of chopped fresh tomatoes, bell peppers, red onions, and a mixture of lettuce leaves tossed with a couple tablespoons of olive oil.
