Basic:

Sugar 40 g
Bread (ciabatta) 0.5 g
Cranberry 60 g
Soft cheese (4 tablespoons) 60 g

We need: 4 slices of fresh ciabatta, any soft cheese that is NOT sweet (ideally, of course, Brie), cranberries and sugar.

Wash the cranberries and add sugar in a small thick-walled saucepan. Place on low heat, bring until the sugar is completely dissolved, and keep on the heat for another 5-6 minutes.

Meanwhile, fry the ciabatta slices in a dry frying pan on both sides until crispy.
