The dish is simple, but with an unusual sweetish taste! I love to cook something new. This time I decided to try a Brazilian dish. The meat turned out tasty, but not for everyone. When poured it turns out sweetish.

Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 100 g
Ginger (on the tip of a knife) to taste
Eggs 1 pc
Breadcrumbs 0.75 cup
Bulb onions 1 pc
Minced meat 500 g
Tomato juice 2 cup
Pineapples (canned) 500 g

Recipe instructions

Grind the onion in a meat grinder.

Mix the minced meat with half the onion.

Add crackers, egg, ginger and mix everything.

For the sauce: mix tomato juice, sugar, remaining onion, chopped pineapple into small pieces, stir.

Divide the mixture into equal balls, place in a frying pan and fry covered for 10 minutes.

Pour the sauce over the balls and simmer for 15 minutes. Garnish with mashed potatoes and rice. Bon appetit.
