How to make yeast dough with kefir like fluff? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take a deep bowl, mix all the bulk products: flour sifted through a sieve, salt, sugar and dry yeast. Mix everything well. Instead of sugar, you can use powdered sugar. You can take fresh yeast, not dry — in this case you will need 10 grams and you will need to first mix it with sugar and warm water and leave for 20-30 minutes until activated.

Next, pour vegetable oil and warm kefir into the bowl. Kefir can be taken out of the refrigerator in advance so that it reaches room temperature, but it is best to heat it a little in a saucepan on the stove to a temperature of 40 degrees — optimal for preparing yeast dough and for fermenting yeast.

Start kneading the dough with a spoon; when it comes together, transfer it to the table and continue kneading.
