Ingredients (6 portions)

For the baskets:

Bread 12 g

For filling:

Bulb onions 1 pc
Sausage 200 g
Greenery to taste

For sprinkling:

Hard cheese 150 g

For filling:

Chicken eggs 3 pc
Milk 100 ml
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste

For frying:

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp

For the form:

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp

Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.

Finely chop the sausage.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil until soft.

Add the sausage to the onion, stir and fry for a couple more minutes.

Cut out circles from the bread using a glass.

Roll out the bread circles a little with a rolling pin.

Grease muffin tins with butter. Place bread in them. Place the bread in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 3 minutes.

Place the filling in the bread molds.

Sprinkle cheese on top.

Beat eggs with milk, add pepper, salt to taste and add chopped parsley.
