Sour Cream Kufliki Cookies with Sweet Fillings

This pastry can be prepared both for a holiday and for every day! This recipe is quite simple, but I was attracted by the name — kufliki. Sounds kind of funny. I donʼt know why this pastry is called that. But for me this word is consonant with “chubby”. Such plump cookies. They are prepared from unsweetened dough with sour cream, and for the filling you can use thick jam or jam, nuts or dried fruits, as well as ground poppy seeds with sugar.
