How to bake Camembert cheese in the oven with garlic? Itʼs very fast and easy. To begin, prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list. Camembert is suitable for any fat content. If you canʼt buy camembert, you can replace it with brie. In addition to garlic, you can use rosemary needles for flavoring. You can replace olive oil with another vegetable oil.

Remove the Camembert from the packaging. Make shallow oblique cuts on the surface with a sharp knife.

Peel the garlic cloves and cut into thin slices or circles.

Transfer the cheese to a small parchment-lined baking pan. If your cheese was sold in a wooden box, use it for baking. Stick the garlic petals into the slits of the cheese. It spread already at the 8th minute. On the second try, it started to melt at the 5th minute, so I held it for another minute and pulled it out.
