Ingredients (12 portions)

Dough:

Kefir 250 ml
Chicken eggs 2 pc
Butter 200 g
Salt 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Wheat flour 4 cup

Filling:

Salt to taste
Minced meat 600 g
Potato 3 pc
Bulb onions 3 pc
Ground black pepper to taste

More:

Egg yolks 1 pc
Meat broth 1 cup

Recipe instructions

To prepare the dough, beat the eggs in a bowl. Add softened butter, kefir, salt and baking powder.

Add flour little by little, knead a soft dough and leave it to rest.

For the filling, finely (very finely) chop the onion and potatoes.

Add vegetables to the minced meat, season and stir.

Turn on the oven in advance to warm up to 180 degrees. Divide the dough into balls the size of a chicken egg.

Roll out the dough. Place the filling. While gathering the edge, form a wack-white, leaving a hole.

Brush the sides with yolk. Place the whites in the oven for 15 minutes.

Then take out the baking sheet, pour meat broth into each white and return the baking sheet back to the oven for 40 minutes.
