Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to bake whole pink salmon in the oven, juicy and soft, in foil? Itʼs very simple. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Start cooking with the marinade.

Step 2

Step 2
In a bowl, mix vegetable oil, lemon juice, garlic cloves passed through a press, ground black pepper and salt. You can add other spices to your taste.

Step 3

Step 3
You can use fresh or frozen pink salmon. If using frozen, it must be properly defrosted on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator before cooking. It is more convenient to gut the fish in a semi-frozen state. You can replace or add the vegetable part to your liking.

Step 4

Step 4
Gut the fish, remove the head, remove scales and rinse well. Using a sharp knife, make transverse cuts on the fish on both sides, reaching the depth of the spine.

Step 5

Step 5
Cut the tomatoes into slices; if the tomatoes are small, cut them in half.

Step 6

Step 6
Peel the sweet pepper from seeds and cut into rings.

Step 7

Step 7
Peel the onion and cut into rings.

Step 8

Step 8
Place the fish on a double sheet of foil. Coat pink salmon with marinade inside and outside.

Step 9

Step 9
Place onions, tomatoes and bell peppers around the fish.

Step 10

Step 10
Wrap the fish in foil, bringing the edges up so that the fish juice does not leak out. Place the resulting envelope on a baking sheet. Place the fish in an oven preheated to 200°C and bake for about 30 minutes.

Step 11

Step 11
Then unfold the foil and bake the pink salmon under the grill for another 10 minutes at 180°C.

Step 12

Step 12
Sprinkle the finished pink salmon with vegetables in foil with chopped herbs, garnish with lemon slices and serve. Bon appetit!
