Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Wheat flour 2 tbsp
Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp
Paprika 1 tbsp
Chicken eggs 2 pc

Wash the chicken fillet and dry it with a paper towel. remove any remaining bones, skin, fat and anything you donʼt like about it. Cut randomly into bars
