Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make dumplings in sour cream in a pot? Without defrosting, fry the dumplings in butter heated in a frying pan until golden brown on both sides. Clay pots need to be prepared for baking in advance, soaked for an hour and filled with cold, clean water. Thanks to this simple trick, the dish in the pot turns out especially tasty and aromatic. Grease the bottom of the pot with sunflower oil and place the dumplings out of the pan.

Step 2

Step 2
In the same frying pan, fry finely chopped onion and grated carrots in oil until golden.

Step 3

Step 3
Place the fry on top of the dumplings. Prepare the filling: put sour cream, salt, ground black pepper in a cup, pour in clean water, stir. Pour the contents of the pot with this mixture, pour it up to the shoulder of the pot so that when it boils, the broth does not start to leak out. Place the pot, covered with a lid, in a cold oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees, bake for 40 minutes.
