Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to fry chicken wings in batter in a frying pan? Prepare your food. Before starting cooking, rinse the chicken wings in running water and dry with a paper towel, otherwise excess moisture will prevent them from frying and the wings will stew. If there are feathers left on them, they must be plucked out or scorched over a fire. Cut the prepared chicken wings into 3 parts at the joints. Remove the smallest part completely — we won’t need it

Step 2

Step 2
Next, make the batter. How to make batter? You can mix the eggs together with the flour into a mixture. Or you can separately prepare eggs and flour with salt and spices in two plates. This will not affect the taste. Thatʼs exactly what I did.

Step 3

Step 3
Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, then in egg. Then repeat the flour-egg process again. This creates a fairly dense layer of batter around the chicken wing.

Step 4

Step 4
Heat the prepared frying pan until hot, pour oil into it and place all the chicken pieces in the batter. Fry them for 2-3 minutes on each side. Then turn the heat to low and cook for another 10 minutes, remembering to turn them over during the process. You can simmer them under the lid. But if you want a crispy crust, then it’s better without a lid.

Step 5

Step 5
The finished wings will turn an appetizing golden color. You can serve them as an independent snack or with a vegetable side dish. Bon appetit!
