Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make sandwiches with tomatoes and cheese? Prepare your ingredients. Instead of mini baguettes and buns, you can use regular pieces of loaf. Choose good quality hard and processed cheese, without milk fat substitutes.

Step 2

Step 2
Grate the processed cheese on a medium grater. It will be more convenient to do this if you first put it in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Step 3
Also grate hard cheese.

Step 4

Step 4
Wash the dill well, dry and finely chop. Place the grated processed cheese in a bowl, add chopped dill and mayonnaise. Stir.

Step 5

Step 5
Cut the tomatoes into slices. My tomatoes are large, so I cut them into semicircles.

Step 6

Step 6
Cut baguettes or buns lengthwise into 2 parts.

Step 7

Step 7
Grease each half with cheese and mayonnaise mixture.

Step 8

Step 8
Place tomato circles (semicircles) on top.

Step 9

Step 9
Sprinkle everything with grated cheese. Bake the sandwiches in the oven at 200-210°C for about 15 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve them hot. Bon appetit!
