Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Wheat flour 2 tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Green onions to taste
Lemons 0.5 pc
Soy sauce 1.5 tbsp
Salmon (Two steaks) 500 g

In a small bowl, mix honey and soy sauce with a fork until smooth.

Salt the salmon steaks and season with black pepper.

Bread steaks in flour. Shake off excess.

Brush salmon steaks with honey-soy sauce.

In a large nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. The heat should be moderate throughout the cooking process. If the pan gets hot, the glaze will burn. Fry salmon steaks for 4 minutes on each side. The crust should be golden brown and caramelized.
