Cottage Cheese Omelette Delight

Original, satisfying, healthy, very tasty! Omelet with cottage cheese is an unusual version of everyone’s favorite dish. Adding cottage cheese makes the omelette more piquant in taste, because cottage cheese begins to melt when fried and becomes like cheese. This omelet will perfectly diversify your usual diet.

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make an omelet with cottage cheese? Prepare your food. Milk of any fat content is suitable, you can replace it with cream, it will be even tastier, but higher in calories. You can use regular cottage cheese or grainy cottage cheese like mine. Finely chopped chili peppers, which can be replaced with sweet Bulgarian ones, will add piquancy to the omelet. Choose spices to your taste, I took paprika and curry.
