Quick and Easy Frozen Dough Pizza

It’s very quick to prepare, semi-finished products help out! It happens that you don’t have time to do the test, or you don’t want to. There is always a way out — I bought a semi-finished product and let it sit and wait in the freezer for its time. And the time has come, something to do: quickly cut what is always in the refrigerator, into the dough and into the oven! In 20 minutes, hot, fresh pastries are ready! Once you show it and bake it yourself, you don’t have to worry that the family will go hungry in your absence.

Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Tomatoes 0.5 pc
Hard cheese (semi-solid) 50 g
Bulb onions 0.5 pc
Dry spices (dry garlic, dill, parsley, cilantro or others) 0.5 tsp
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Ham 100 g
Ketchup 1 tbsp
Ready-made puff pastry dough (ready-made semi-finished pizza product) 350 g

Recipe instructions

Remove the semi-finished pizza from the freezer in the evening and put it in the refrigerator. By morning the dough will defrost. Prepare the necessary products.

Place the dough on a baking sheet, on a baking mat /or simply grease with vegetable oil/. Cover the top with a towel and leave to proof while we prepare the filling.

Finely chop the onion, tomatoes and ham. Stir 1 tbsp in a bowl. ketchup and mayonnaise, some fresh or dry herbs if you like dry garlic.

Grease the dough with the prepared sauce.

Sprinkle with onions.

Arrange the ham as desired.

Top with a layer of tomatoes.

The tomatoes can be salted or coated with a little sauce.

Grate the cheese directly onto the top of the pizza.

Bake immediately in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 18 — 20 minutes, on the middle tier. As soon as the edges and bottom are browned, the pizza is ready. Bon appetit !
