Healthy Dried Fruit Compote

A very tasty, healthy and nutritious drink for the whole family. Compote is one of the few drinks that combine great taste, benefits, and nutrition. Compote is the first one allowed to be introduced into complementary foods for young children; it is served for lunch in hospitals, schools and kindergartens. And this drink is very simple to prepare, just buy dried fruits — prunes and dried apricots.
