Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 3 clove
Ground black pepper 0.33 tsp
Water 300 ml
Rice 250 g
Tomato paste (Or 2-3 tbsp. tomatoes in their own juice) 1 tbsp
Chicken breasts 500 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Paprika 1 tsp
bell pepper 1 pc
Hot pepper 1 pc
Ground red pepper 0.33 tsp
Red beans (Boiled or canned) 200 g
Canned corn 150 g

Adjust all the spicy ingredients in this dish to your taste. Finely chop the meat.

Rinse the rice well until the water runs clear.

Cut the onion into medium cubes.

Slightly larger sweet peppers. Grind hot pepper.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and quickly fry the meat until the color changes.

Next are tomatoes in their own juice, corn, beans, washed rice and 300 ml of water or broth. Mix everything and bring to a boil.
