Garlic 4 clove

Vegetable oil 20 g

To prepare pasta in sour cream sauce with mushrooms, prepare the necessary ingredients. Pasta can be taken in any type and format. You can also use any mushrooms. I took forest ones, which were collected during the mushroom season, boiled and frozen. You can use sour cream of any fat content. But if the sour cream is thick, you will need a little more water to dilute it.

Boil the required amount of pasta in salted water until tender, according to the instructions on the package. Then drain them in a colander and let the water drain.

While the pasta is cooking, make the sauce. Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Finely chop the peeled onion and fry in a hot frying pan with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes transparent.

Before frying, mushrooms must be thawed and excess liquid drained. Then place the mushrooms in the pan with the onions and fry everything together for 5-7 minutes.

Liquid sour cream can be immediately added to the pan, and thick sour cream can be dissolved in a small amount of water. Peel and chop the garlic.

Add sour cream, a little salt and chopped garlic to the mushrooms in the pan. Bring everything together to a boil.
