Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Garlic 2 clove
Salt to taste
Eggs 1 pc
Chicken breasts 400 g
Vegetable oil 30 g
Dry spices to taste
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Starch 1 tbsp

How to fry chicken breasts in Albanian style? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. To prepare, take chicken breast fillet. You can use other parts of the chicken, but without the bones.

Rinse the chicken meat in running water and then dry it with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Then chop the meat very finely and place it in a spacious bowl.

Peel the onion, rinse and finely chop. Add chopped onion and starch to the bowl with the chopped chicken.

Next add mayonnaise and egg.

Pass the garlic through a press directly into the bowl. Add salt and spices to taste. For spices I use paprika and a little ground pepper. But you can replace the spices with your favorite ones. You can add aromatic dried herbs.

Heat a frying pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Spoon the meat mixture directly into the hot oil. Fry over low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
