Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make linguini pasta with shrimp? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can buy shrimp already peeled, or you can buy them whole, like mine. In this case, you will have to clean them yourself.

Step 2

Step 2
If the shrimp are frozen, let them sit at room temperature until they thaw on their own. Then peel the shrimp.

Step 3

Step 3
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and add a little salt. Place pasta in boiling water and cook according to package instructions. This will take 10-15 minutes. The pasta should become soft, but not mushy. Drain the hot water from the finished pasta.

Step 4

Step 4
Separately, heat a frying pan until hot and pour olive oil into it. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Place the minced garlic in the pan and stir it in the hot oil.

Step 5

Step 5
Next, add the prepared peeled shrimp to the frying pan. Stir and fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes.

Step 6

Step 6
Then turn the heat down and add cherry tomatoes, cut in half, into the pan. Keep the pan on the heat for another minute and turn off the heat.

Step 7

Step 7
Add the finished paste to the shrimp. Wash fresh basil and parsley in running water, dry and chop finely. Add chopped herbs and a little lemon juice to the pan and mix everything. Cover with a lid and let sit for 2-3 minutes to allow the pasta to infuse the flavors of the shrimp sauce.

Step 8
Place the finished dish on plates and serve. Bon appetit!
