Chicken and Mushroom Julienne Tartlets

Basic:

Onion 50 g
Salt to taste
Sour cream (20 %) 250 g
Hard cheese 50 g
Vegetable oil (for frying) 20 g
Champignon 200 g
Dill to taste
Chicken fillet 300 g
Soft cheese (mozzarella will perfectly complement the taste) 50 g
Ready tartlets 6 pc

How to cook julienne with chicken? Peel the onion, wash, dry, cut into half rings and lightly fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil.

Wash the chicken breast fillet, dry it and cut it into small pieces. Add the chicken to the onion and fry for 5-7 minutes.

Add chopped clean champignons to the onions and chicken. Continue frying the meat and mushrooms for another 5-7 minutes. Add salt to taste.

Add sour cream, finely chopped dill and hard cheese to the fried products, stir, simmer for a minute and remove from heat.

Place the prepared mixture into the prepared tartlets. Sprinkle soft cheese on top. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for fifteen minutes. Select the exact baking time and temperature based on your own oven.
