If there is more flour than needed, the dough will settle, so it is better to add it in parts, stirring the dough each time.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment. Place the dough into a pastry syringe. Plant cookies about 7 centimeters long. Be sure to leave space between the cookies as they will expand during baking. Leave the cookies to rest for 5-7 minutes.

Sprinkle the top of each cookie with powdered sugar. Place the baking sheet with cookies in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. Focus on the operation of your oven; the cookies should not be overcooked so that they do not brown too much and become bitter in taste.
