Delicious marinated fish can also be prepared in a slow cooker. The fish was prepared for my mother, it was very easy to prepare, in the slow cooker the fish turned out wonderful, indistinguishable from the one cooked in the oven.

Ingredients (3 portions)

Basic:

Onion 5 pc
Salt to taste
Water (maybe 1 cup — boiling water) 0.75 cup
Bay leaf 2 pc
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Carrot 2 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Peppercorns 3 pc
Vinegar 0.5 tsp
Trout (You can take any other fish of your choice) 300 g

How to make marinated fish in a slow cooker? Prepare the ingredients: peel the fish, carrots, onions. Turn on the “Fry” mode on the multicooker for 20 minutes.

Cut the fish into steaks. Fry in a slow cooker until browned.

Grate the carrots and chop the onion. Place everything in the slow cooker. Fry.

Add spices, tomato paste, bay leaf, vinegar.

Add water and turn on the “Stew” mode for 40 minutes (time depends on the multicooker)
