Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make yeast dough for sweet buns with milk? Prepare your ingredients. We will prepare the dough using dough, but in a quick way. Thanks to this method, it will turn out especially airy and rich. First of all, heat the milk to 35 degrees. This can be done in the microwave very quickly, the main thing is not to overheat the milk.

Step 2

Step 2
The temperature of the milk can be called suitable if the temperature is comfortable for your finger (just dip your clean finger in the milk). Place a tablespoon of sugar and yeast in a glass or bowl, pour in warm milk to dissolve the dry ingredients. Stir and leave the container in a warm place for 15 minutes. There is no need to cover it on top with anything. As soon as a foamy cap appears on the dough, it means that the yeast has been activated and you can work with it.

Step 3

Step 3
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a water bath and cool it to room temperature. Sift the wheat flour. This way it is better saturated with oxygen, which helps the dough rise quickly. You can sift repeatedly. Beat chicken eggs into a deep container.

Step 4

Step 4
Pour melted warm butter into the eggs, add a couple more tablespoons of sugar and a teaspoon of salt. Mix the ingredients. Pour in the dough and stir again.

Step 5

Step 5
Add sifted wheat flour to the egg mixture. Add it in parts, stirring the dough each time. You may need more or less flour than the amount indicated in the ingredients. Focus on the consistency of the dough.

Step 6

Step 6
Knead the dough with a spoon or wooden spatula in a bowl. When this becomes difficult to do, turn the dough out onto a floured surface and continue kneading the dough with your hands.

Step 7

Step 7
The dough should be smooth and manageable. Place it in a bowl, cover with a towel and place in a warm place for about 2 hours. When the dough has risen, punch it down and let it rise again. After this the dough is ready. You can move on to baking buns! Bon appetit!
