Sugar 50 g
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Wheat flour 130 g
Cereals 140 g
Butter 120 g
Eggs 1 pc
Chocolate 50 g
Raisin 100 g
Soda 1 tsp
Brown sugar 80 g

Prepare the ingredients

In a large bowl, combine room temperature butter, sugar, and egg and beat with a mixer on high speed until the mixture is fluffy and light in color.

Sift flour, add salt, soda and cinnamon. Stir flour mixture with oatmeal into liquid ingredients. Stir until the components are combined.

Add the filling and mix again.

Cover the dough with film and put it in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form pucks from the chilled dough and place on a baking sheet at a distance of 5 cm from each other. Bake for 12-15 minutes. The cookies should brown around the edges, but the tops will remain light and soft (the cookies may look like theyʼre not baked yet — this is normal).
