Citrus-Glazed Trout Made Easy

If you donʼt have a grill, you can simply bake the fish in the oven. This is not the first time I am convinced that delicious dishes do not have to be complex and multi-component. This fish is further proof of this. A little sugar, zest and salt — your gourmet lunch or dinner is ready. In addition to trout, you can use salmon, pink salmon or other red fish.
