Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make sausages in batter in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Take quality sausages, category A. This is something you really shouldn’t skimp on. Any vegetable oil will do. Take larger eggs, preferably category CO. I used wheat flour, but you can also use rice or buckwheat flour, thus getting a new taste and aroma!

Step 2

Step 2
Lightly beat the egg with a fork with a pinch of salt.

Step 3

Step 3
Sift the flour and mix with salt. I recommend always sifting the flour, so the batter will be more airy and crispier!

Step 4

Step 4
Remove the cellophane wrapping from the sausages. If you have them with a natural shell, then wash them well.

Step 5

Step 5
Dip each sausage in the egg.

Step 6

Step 6
Then bread in flour. Repeat the procedure again. That is, you get the following sequence: egg-flour-egg-flour.

Step 7

Step 7
Heat the oil in a thick-bottomed frying pan. It can be any vegetable oil: from sunflower to olive, but it must be refined so that it does not burn. Fry the sausages over low heat, turning, until evenly golden brown. If the heat is too high, the breading will be cooked through, but there will be no sausage inside. Then place the finished sausages on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.

Step 8

Step 8
Sausages in batter are ready at home. Serve immediately while they are hot. Serve these sausages with mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables or light vegetable salads. If you prefer something hot, grilled vegetables are the ideal solution. Bon appetit!
