How to fry zucchini on a grill pan without oil? Very simple! To begin, prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list. I used regular zucchini with pale green skin. Young zucchini are also suitable.

Wash the zucchini and dry. Trim the ends on both sides. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into slices no thicker than 1 cm. You can use a vegetable peeler.

Sprinkle the chopped zucchini with dried herbs, salt and pepper and leave for 5-7 minutes to allow the spices to absorb. Before frying, it is better to blot the zucchini with napkins. If you wish, you can grease the zucchini with vegetable oil, but in this recipe the zucchini is cooked without oil.
