Gut the mackerel, be sure to remove the black film inside. If you bake it with the head on, remove the gills and fins. Wash the carcass and dry with a paper towel. Cut into pieces.

Place the mackerel into a mold. I didnʼt use any oil, but you can grease the bottom of the pan with a little vegetable oil. You can also line the pan with foil.
