Basic:

Zucchini 300 g
Parsley 30 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Breading:

Wheat flour 50 g

How to make zucchini in flour in a frying pan? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. It is advisable to take the zucchini young, with tender skin. If you use an old one, peel off the skin and remove the seeds. Instead of parsley, you can use dill. Vegetable oil — refined.

Wash the zucchini and dry. If the skin is thick and tough, cut it off. Cut the zucchini into slices about 1 cm thick. Salt the zucchini, mix and leave for 10-15 minutes. Drain off the released juice.

Prepare the breading for frying. Sift the flour into a separate plate. Why sift flour? To remove possible debris and individual large particles from it.

Bread the zucchini on both sides in flour. I simply add chopped zucchini slices to a bowl of flour and mix everything with my hands. But you can roll each piece individually.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the zucchini on both sides until golden brown.

Wash the parsley, dry and finely chop.

Transfer the fried zucchini to a plate. To remove excess fat, you can place a paper towel on the dish.
