Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make sandwiches with champignons? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can use any type of bread to make sandwiches. Focus on your taste. I take a few slices of white bread. Remove the curd cheese from the refrigerator in advance so that it warms up a little. This will make it easier to smear.

Step 2

Step 2
Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Then cut the peeled onion into half rings or a little smaller.

Step 3

Step 3
Rinse the champignons well in running water to remove any dirt. Then cut the mushrooms into slices.

Step 4

Step 4
Heat a frying pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Add the chopped onion and fry for a minute until it becomes translucent. Frying onions will produce a characteristic aroma.

Step 5

Step 5
Then place the chopped champignons in the pan. Stir together with the onion and fry everything together under the lid for 5-7 minutes. When frying, the champignons will release juice. But during cooking it will evaporate. Sprinkle the champignons with a little salt.

Step 6

Step 6
Spread the bread slices with cream cheese. If desired, the bread can be dried a little in the oven or fried in a frying pan.

Step 7

Step 7
Place a lettuce leaf on each slice of bread.

Step 8

Step 8
Place fried champignons on top. Sandwiches with champignons are ready. Serve them to the table, garnished with herbs or cherry tomatoes. Enjoy your meal!
