Dry spices to taste

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make turkey fillet pieces in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For turkey fillet, you can use breast fillet or, like mine, thigh fillet. I find breast fillet to be a little dry, so I usually choose thigh fillet. If desired, olive oil can be replaced with vegetable oil, but it should be odorless.

Step 2

Step 2
Rinse the turkey fillet in running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Then cut the meat into pieces.

Step 3

Step 3
Peel the onion, rinse and finely chop.

Step 4

Step 4
To fry, heat a frying pan until hot and add olive oil. Add the chopped turkey meat and fry it for a couple of minutes on all sides over high heat. There is no need to cover with a lid so that the meat does not stew, but rather fry. This will create an appetizing crust. Then turn the heat down.

Step 5

Step 5
Add chopped onion to the pan. Add salt and spices to taste. Pass a couple of cloves of garlic through a press. As a spice, I add paprika and a mixture of ground peppers. Mix everything and fry over low heat for another 5-6 minutes. During this time, the onion will become softer, and the meat will be saturated with the aroma of the spice.

Step 6

Step 6
Turkey fried in a pan is ready! Any side dish goes perfectly with it. Place the meat on plates and serve hot. Bon appetit!
