Shrimp and Veggie Funchoza Delight

Ingredients (5 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 1 clove
Chilli to taste
Salt to taste
Carrot (Large) 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2.5 tbsp
bell pepper (Red) 1 pc
Sesame 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 50 ml
Shrimps (Peeled) 100 g
Rice vinegar 1 tbsp
Zucchini (Small) 1 pc
Funchoza 200 g

How to make funchose with shrimp and vegetables? To begin, wash, peel and chop large carrots into small strips. To ensure that the straws are as uniform in size as possible, you can use a special vegetable grater. This will make the dish look neater. Heat oil in a high-sided frying pan. And put the carrots out to fry.

Meanwhile, wash the bell pepper, free it from seeds and membranes. Chop into fine strips. And add them to the frying pan with the carrots to fry. Stir.

Wash the young zucchini and, using a grater or knife, chop it in the same way as you chopped carrots. Place in the pan with the vegetables. Add rice vinegar and soy sauce. Stir. Fry the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Focus on your stove.

Meanwhile, prepare the funchose according to the instructions on the package. I simply poured boiling water over mine and after brewing for seven minutes, I rinsed it with plenty of cold water to stop the cooking process and wash off unnecessary starch.

Once the vegetables are ready, sprinkle them with sesame seeds. Place the noodles in the pan and toss with the vegetables. It will just have time to warm up for serving.

Heat vegetable oil in a clean frying pan. Peel the garlic and chop into rings. Add garlic to the pan to fry. Add chilli pieces to it.

Once the garlic has browned, remove both it and the peppers from the pan. They will no longer be needed, since they have already done their job — flavoring the oil. Place thawed peeled shrimp in the pan. And fry them for a couple of minutes. Place noodles with vegetables on serving plates. Top with shrimp.
