Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
To prepare this dish, you need to prepare the following ingredients: soy meat, tomato paste, onion and salt. Black pepper and other spices can be added as desired.

Step 2

Step 2
Pieces of soy meat should be placed in a deep container or pan.

Step 3

Step 3
Boil clean filtered water in a kettle or a separate pan and immediately pour it over dry porous pieces of meat. Cover the container with sour and boiling water and leave the meat to “boil” for 20 minutes, so that during this time the meat “swells” and increases in volume. After the first 10 minutes, you need to open it and, if necessary, add more boiling water, then leave the meat to “swell” for another 10 minutes.

Step 4

Step 4
While the soy meat is boiling, you can prepare the onions for frying. To do this, you need to peel the onion, then cut it into small cubes. Pour a little vegetable oil into the frying pan and put on fire. Place the chopped onion in a preheated frying pan and fry it over medium heat until light golden brown. Remove the prepared onion from the pan.

Step 5

Step 5
Now that the soy meat has greatly increased in volume, you need to place it in a colander and let it cool a little, since you will then need to work with your hands. When the pieces of soy meat are lukewarm, you can continue cooking the dish. To do this, you should take a small part of the soy meat and drain all the excess water from it, then put it in the frying pan where the onions were previously fried. Do this procedure with the remaining pieces of meat. Soy meat

Step 6

Step 6
At the same moment, you must immediately add the previously prepared onions and tomato paste to the sours. Continue frying the meat in the tomato paste for another 8-10 minutes. At the end of cooking, add salt to the soy meat, onion and tomato paste and mix well.
