Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make garlic tincture with alcohol? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. You need the most common garlic, a few cloves depending on the desired volume of the tincture. Make sure that the cloves are free of specks and damage; it is also better not to use sprouted cloves, they will not be useful. As an alcoholic base, be sure to use drinking alcohol that complies with GOST and is of good quality.

Step 2

Step 2
Peel the garlic cloves and remove the film, pass through a press and grind in a mortar. Or you can chop it with a knife, or grate it on a fine grater.

Step 3

Step 3
Place the garlic mass in a glass container and fill with alcohol. There should be free space in the container up to the neck. Seal the container with a rubber lid. The lid must be airtight to prevent the alcohol from escaping.

Step 4

Step 4
Place the bottle in a dark, cool place (temperature should be about 18 degrees) for a couple of weeks. Shake the tincture every day for better infusion.

Step 5

Step 5
After two weeks, drain the liquid by straining through gauze folded in several layers. Pour the tincture into a glass bottle, close the lid tightly and store in the refrigerator. Garlic tincture is ready for use.
