Basic:

Onion 100 g
Garlic 20 g
Salt (small) 0.5 tsp
Oregano (dry) to taste
Butter 30 g
Water (boiling water) 600 ml
Hard cheese 100 g
Carrot 100 g
Vegetable oil 30 g
Pasta 400 g
Ground red pepper 0.5 tsp
Allspice 0.5 tsp

How to make pasta with carrots and onions in a frying pan? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel the onions and garlic. Wash the carrots in running water with a brush and peel.

Cut the onion into small cubes or half rings.

Grind the carrots on a medium grater. Pass the garlic through a press or chop finely with a knife, this is optional.

Add pasta to the pan with the sautéed vegetables. Sprinkle spices and salt on top. Pour boiling water, mix everything thoroughly, wait until the water boils again, reduce the heat to medium and simmer under the lid closed for about five minutes. After the specified time, open the lid, check the pasta for readiness (if necessary, add a little more water and keep under the lid), mix everything and keep without the lid for about two more minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish with cheese and mix everything again.

Serve the pasta with carrots, onions and cheese hot. Sprinkle with your favorite herbs if desired.
