Quick Ham and Cheese Lavash Triangles

In a hurry, very tasty, very easy, for breakfast! Triangles of pita bread with ham and cheese in a frying pan are prepared very quickly and simply, but they turn out incredibly tasty and are always the first to fly off the table. You can add fresh herbs and your favorite spices to the filling.

Hard cheese 80 g
Vegetable oil 5 tbsp
Ham 100 g
Lavash thin (1 PC.) 150 g
Ground pepper mixture to taste

How to make triangles of pita bread with ham and cheese? Prepare all the products indicated in the recipe. Instead of ham, you can use any boiled or smoked sausage. The cheese goes well with hard varieties, but it will also be very interesting and tasty with soft mozzarella.

Grate the cheese and ham using a coarse grater.

Beat the egg into a deep bowl and stir. Add a pinch of salt. I like to add a mixture of ground peppers, garlic powder and dried herbs such as basil, oregano or Provence at this stage. Mix everything well.

Cut the pita bread into even, identical rectangles. Neat and beautiful triangles are obtained from strips of pita bread about 15 cm long and about 7 cm wide.
