Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make funchose with chicken and vegetables in soy sauce? Prepare the indicated products according to the list. It is advisable to take fresh vegetables, but out of season, you can take frozen ones — I have beans and peppers from the freezer. Carrots, onions, tomatoes (I have two small ones) are small in size. For spices, I take ground red pepper (paprika, you can add others to your taste). Prepare a frying pan.

Step 2

Step 2
Rinse the chicken fillet under running water and cut into longitudinal pieces 3-4 centimeters long. Heat a frying pan, pour vegetable oil into it and place the chopped chicken fillet. Over medium heat, fry the chicken until the color changes. Read about how to choose the ideal frying pan, as well as how to choose the right vegetable oil in separate articles, links at the end of the recipe.

Step 3

Step 3
Remove the funchose from the packaging and place the required amount in a deep bowl. Pour boiling water over the noodles to the very top so that they are completely submerged. Leave the funchose in boiling water for 10 — 15 minutes, turning it over periodically. Be careful not to overcook the noodles.

Step 4

Step 4
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater or cut into small cubes, cut the onion into half rings, finely chop the garlic into cubes, and also cut the tomatoes into cubes. Add chopped vegetables to the fried chicken fillet and stir. Fry the chicken and vegetables for 5 — 7 minutes over medium heat without a lid, stirring constantly.

Step 5

Step 5
Place the finished funchose in a colander to drain excess liquid. If desired, the noodles can be cut into several pieces, or you can leave them in their original form.

Step 6

Step 6
Add beans and bell peppers to the pan (I did not defrost the vegetables first). Pour in soy sauce, add spices and stir. Fry the chicken and vegetables over medium heat until the vegetables are cooked. At the end of cooking, taste the chicken and vegetables for salt and, if necessary, add more salt. Do not cover the frying pan with chicken fillet and vegetables; if necessary, the heat can be reduced.

Step 7

Step 7
Add funchose to the chicken fillet and vegetables in the pan and mix well. Our noodles are not salted, so now they should be completely mixed with vegetables and chicken and left for a few minutes to absorb the taste of the remaining ingredients.

Step 8

Step 8
Serve the prepared funchose with chicken and vegetables hot. This is an independent dish for the whole family. When serving, you can garnish with fresh dill. Bon appetit!
