Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make sandwiches in a frying pan with sausage? Prepare all the indicated ingredients. I took white bread, but you can use any bread you like, about eight slices. My sausage is semi-smoked with fat, but you can use any other sausage. I take dill from the greens, but you can add any greens to your taste. You can learn how to choose the right frying pan from the article on the intricacies of choosing a frying pan. The link is at the end of the recipe.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the potatoes in running water with a brush, remove the skins and dry. Grate raw potatoes into a deep bowl using a coarse grater. Remove the selected semi-smoked sausage from the packaging, remove the film and grate on a coarse grater. Add sausage to potatoes.

Step 3

Step 3
Wash fresh dill in running water and dry. Add chopped dill to a bowl, beat in a raw egg, salt and pepper to taste (if necessary). Mix the mixture thoroughly. Be sure to wash the egg first, as there may be harmful bacteria on its surface.

Step 4

Step 4
Cut the white bread into slices 1 — 1.5 cm thick. Spoon the prepared mixture onto each slice, lightly pressing it onto the bread. So alternately distribute the entire mass over all pieces of bread.

Step 5

Step 5
Heat the selected frying pan over high heat, reduce the heat and pour in a little vegetable oil. If you are confident in your frying pan, then you don’t need to add oil (the sausage contains fat and it may be enough for frying sandwiches). Quickly place the sandwiches in the pan, filling side down, but leave room to easily turn them over. Fry the sandwiches on this side for several minutes until golden brown.

Step 6

Step 6
Then carefully turn the sandwiches over to the other side using a silicone spatula. There is no need to add oil here. The sandwiches themselves, if the frying pan is chosen correctly, can easily be turned over, keeping the filling on the bread. Fry the sandwiches on this side for a few more minutes until the bread is browned.

Step 7

Step 7
Place the finished sandwiches with sausage and potatoes on a plate. In this way, fry all the preparations. Sandwiches with sausage, potatoes and eggs can be served hot, but they are also very tasty when cooled. When serving, sandwiches can be sprinkled with fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
