Quick & Tasty Pollock with Onion in Mayonnaise

Pollock breaded with onions — quick and tasty! A very simple and tasty quick fish dish. Pollock carcasses do not need to be completely thawed, but the fins and tail need to be cut off. If the carcasses are small and fit in a frying pan, then they can be fried whole without cutting them into pieces. Fry the onion at the same time as the fish so that it becomes soft and imbues the fish with flavor.
