Mini Salami and Cherry Puff Pastry Pizzas

The perfect addition to any breakfast, lunch or dinner! The good thing about mini pizza is that, like a portioned dish, it is served in neat whole pieces and looks beautiful at the same time. In addition, such pieces are more convenient to hold in your hands; they do not fall apart, like regular pizza. For homemade mini pizza, you can use any toppings you want, even sweet ones. Puff pastry helps this a lot.
