Ingredients (5 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 2 clove
Tomatoes 2 pc
Salt 0.5 tsp
Ground black pepper 0.3 tsp
Eggs 3 pc
Sour cream 3 tbsp
Vegetable oil 5 tbsp
Minced meat 300 g
Mushrooms 150 g
Greenery 20 g
Lavash thin (I used 2 sheets of thin Armenian lavash) 100 g

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. It is better to cook this appetizer with minced meat, then it will be juicier. You can use any minced meat, this time I chose minced chicken.

Fry the minced meat in vegetable oil until cooked. Finely chop the mushrooms and fry them in vegetable oil. Boil the eggs and cool. Peel the cooled eggs and cut into small cubes. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, finely chop the greens, pass the garlic through a press.

In a deep bowl, combine all the ingredients prepared for the filling. Salt and pepper the mixture, add sour cream and stir until smooth.

Cut the pita bread into squares, place the filling on one edge of the pita bread and wrap the pita bread into a roll.

Fry the finished rolls in a frying pan on both sides until golden brown. Place them on a paper towel, removing excess oil, and then transfer to a plate. The result is a quick-to-prepare hot appetizer that is perfect for a picnic.
