How to fry cheese with garlic in a frying pan? Very simple and fast. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. The cheese for this snack needs to be dense, not crumbly, and will retain its shape when fried. Cheese cheese, Adyghe cheese, halloumi, tofu, suluguni, etc. are suitable. You can replace butter with vegetable oil or take a mixture of two oils. You can choose the spices to your liking.

Cut the cheese into slices or cubes. If you have brined cheese, remove it from the brine and dry it with paper towels. Then let the cheese sit for 5-7 minutes so that any remaining moisture comes out of the pores. This must be done, otherwise the moisture will not allow the cheese to fry — it will stew.
