Custard Choux Cookies

Eclairs are eclairs, and sometimes there are also custard cookies! Prepare and try! Custard cookies may not be big (or better yet, small), and not perfect, because you don’t need to fill them! A great excuse to prepare for tea and try your hand at choux pastry!
